As I mentioned on Friday my eldest son went to a week camp, too. He knew and saw and far more he helped to make the surprise animals for his brother and sister, so I thought he would be also happy to find something new in his suitcase. I did not want to make a stuffed animal, though he likes them very much, but among others of his age it can be embarrassing. His favourite animals are sharks, and it came to my mind that I had seen before a crocodile like, but called monster pencil case. So I decided to make something similar, but sharky. I had little time so I drew a sketch, made a pattern and cut out from the chosen fabrics as I did not have time to make a test-piece. I and his siblings seeing in the picture (as they arrived later than the eldest had left) liked the end result. It will turn out at the end of the week how my son likes it. I wait for his opinion with suspense.
